Well that has all changed. Now there are many meetings that continue beyond the time the last betting slip has been discarded (sound familiar?). "The Show Must Go On" seems to be the order of the day at racecourses up and down the country during the summer months as post-racing entertainment offers race-goers the chance to continue enjoying themselves long into the evening hours.

There are world-famous musicians and hugely popular tribute acts entertaining large crowds, helping people to either celebrate their success at the bookmakers or take their mind off the lack of luck they've had all day!

But who is playing where, when and how do I find out about it? - all great questions. Well you could make several telephones calls, look at a dozen websites or even add your name to a collection of newsletters and get the information that way.
